When using the Localiz'toi tracking platform:

• The client is the data controller for geolocation data; LOCALIZTOI acts as processor (GDPR Art. 28).
• A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) detailing instructions, security measures, sub-processors, hosting locations (EU/EEA) and incident notification (<72h) is provided.
• GPS data retention: configurable by the client, within the maximum limit set in the T&Cs.
• The client undertakes to comply with labour/privacy rules (e.g., employee information).
