Do I need a monitoring contract?
Ajax works standalone with push/SMS alerts. We can also connect you with monitoring partners if you prefer 24/7 dispatch.
How long does installation take?
Most kits are installed within 2–3 hours. Our team preconfigures the hub before visiting your site to minimize downtime.
Can alarms trigger GPS actions?
Ajax alarms are managed inside the Ajax app. Localiz’toi focuses on GPS tracking, but you can coordinate alerts manually between the two solutions if needed.
